Casey Kelly-Barton is an Austin-based freelance writer whose childhood was made awesome by her grandmothers, great-grandmother, great-aunts and -uncles, and their friends. Her apartment down there does have staff during the day, but all they do is hand out her pills.
She can not even make a cup of tea here, its very sad. We know she has not bathed in her apartment for over 2 years, this can not go on. My sisters down in Acton say that they have looked into this before with no luck and a links program she is involved with is no help! We have been told from CCAC up here that it needs to be applied for down there but she can go on list for Gateway Haven in Wiarton which is best for us.
